【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofelectricallyoperatedcommercialgrillersandtoastersnotintendedforhouseholduse,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250Vforsingle-phaseappliancesconnectedbetweenonephaseandneutral,and480Vforotherappliances.Rotaryorcontinuousgrillersandtoastersandsimilarappliancesintendedforgrillingbyradiantheatsuchasrotisseries,salamanders,etc.arewithinthescopeofthisstandard.NOTE101Theseappliancesareused,forexampleinrestaurants,canteens,hospitalsandcommercialenterprisessuchasbakeries,butcheries,etc.Theelectricalpartofappliancesmakinguseofotherformsofenergyisalsowithinthescopeofthisstandard.Asfarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbythesetypesofappliances.NOTE102Attentionisdrawntothefactthat-forappliancesintendedtobeusedinvehiclesoronboardshipsoraircraft,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary;-inmanycountriesadditionalrequirementsarespecifiedbythenationalhealthauthorities,thenationalauthoritiesresponsiblefortheprotectionoflabour,thenationalwatersupplyauthoritiesandsimilarauthorities;-forappliancesintendedtobeusedoutdoors,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary.NOTE103Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto-appliancesdesignedexclusivelyforindustrialpurposes;-appliancesintendedtobeusedinlocationswherespecialconditionsprevail,suchasthepresenceofacorrosiveorexplosiveatmosphere(dust,vapourorgas);-continuousprocessappliancesforthemassproductionoffood;-griddlesandgriddlegrills(IEC60335-2-38).
